Veera Smart Solutions Successfully Completes Phase 1 of the Carivan Transportation Booking Platform

Veera Smart Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of Carivan, a transportation booking and management platform developed for Tick Tours & Travels Ltd., a British Columbia-based company with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry.

The Carivan project was initiated to support the digital transformation of Tick Tours’ transportation services by creating a centralized platform designed to simplify the booking experience for travellers while providing the company’s operational team with the tools required to efficiently manage bookings and transportation services.

From Business Requirements to a Digital Platform

Throughout the project, the Veera Smart Solutions team worked closely with Tick Tours to translate its operational requirements and industry experience into a practical digital solution.

Phase 1 of Carivan includes a comprehensive Customer Web Portal and Admin Dashboard, supported by integrated booking, pricing, trip management, messaging, authentication, and payment capabilities.

The platform enables customers to manage key elements of their transportation booking journey digitally, while providing administrators with centralized tools for managing bookings, pricing, trips, customer communications, and day-to-day operations.

Beyond the Initial Phase 1 Scope

During development, the Carivan platform evolved beyond several elements of its original Phase 1 blueprint.

In addition to the core contracted functionality, the delivered platform incorporates capabilities such as a more advanced pricing architecture, expanded administrative access controls, real-time customer–admin messaging, Progressive Web App functionality with push notifications, content management capabilities, and an expanded vehicle management structure.

These enhancements provide Carivan with a stronger technical foundation for future development and expansion.

An Important Milestone

The completion of Phase 1 represents an important milestone in the collaboration between Veera Smart Solutions Inc. and Tick Tours & Travels Ltd.

With the core platform now delivered, Carivan has established the digital foundation required to support its transportation booking operations and future development.
